12-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT

All services provided by Mark T Enterprises, LLC are offered under a required twelve (12) month subscription term.

By enrolling in our services, you agree to a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning on the subscription start date.

This requirement applies to all plans, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Important: We are a done-for-you service provider. Clients do not build or configure the system themselves.

Monthly fees include access to CRM under our managed program. Your subscription remains active as long as you maintain your account in good standing (see Terms & Cancellation).

What Counts as a Build Request?

A Build Request is any ONE of the following:

  • New Workflow/Automation

  • New Landing Page (Template-based)

  • New Form + Tagging Logic

  • New Pipeline/Report/Dashboard

  • Integration Setup or Improvement

Not included unless quoted separately:

  • Full custom website redesigns

  • Copywriting / creative production

  • Paid ads management

  • Large custom app development

How long does implementation take?

Most accounts launch in 7–14 days, depending on your plan and how quickly we receive your business details, branding, and access to any tools we’re integrating.

What is included in Implementation & Launch?

Implementation covers your CRM setup, pipelines, calendars, automations, funnels/pages included in your tier, and launch support to ensure everything works correctly before you go live.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime as your team grows. If you downgrade, we’ll adjust your plan at the next billing cycle.

Do Build Requests roll over?

By default, Build Requests do not roll over—this keeps delivery fast and consistent. If you need more, you can purchase add-ons or upgrade.

What if I need more Build Requests?

No problem - add additional requests anytime: Extra Build Request: $150 each (optional to display), Or upgrade to the next tier for more monthly capacity.

Do I need my own CRM account?

No - your plan includes access to a customized CRM platform built on GoHighLevel. If you already have an account, we can discuss migrating or connecting what you’ve built.

Can you build a full custom website?

Yes - full redesigns and fully custom builds are available, but they’re quoted separately to keep monthly plans predictable.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access through your billing period. If you want to export data or transition, we’ll help you with a smooth handoff.
