Overview

Subscription Fees

Because services, platform access, and reserved service capacity are provided throughout the commitment period:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable

  • Early cancellation does not result in a refund or credit for unused time

  • This includes monthly payments made under a 12-month commitment

This policy is standard for managed service subscriptions.

One-Time Fees (Setup & Custom Work)

One-time fees (including onboarding, CRM setup, website builds, custom applications, migrations, and integrations) are:

  • Non-refundable once work has started

  • Charged for time, labor, and reserved capacity

If work stops early, we may deliver completed portions where reasonable.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the charge:

We will review and respond promptly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of services while the matter is reviewed.

We strongly encourage contacting support so issues can be resolved quickly and professionally.
