You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support using the information above or through any cancellation method provided within your account. Our cancellation process is designed to be straightforward and compliant with U.S. and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance for recurring subscriptions. Federal Trade Commission
All subscriptions require a minimum twelve (12) month commitment.
You may request cancellation at any time; however, cancellation does not stop billing.
Cancellation During Initial 12-Month Term
Services continue through the term unless an early termination buyout is elected and paid
There are no partial refunds for early cancellation.
Subscriptions convert to month-to-month unless otherwise stated
You may cancel future renewals by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date

Accounts more than 14 days past due may be suspended.
